Grade 1 2025 Application Procedure

Parents are to write an application letter and attach copies of:

– The child’s birth certificate.
– A school report or a recommendation letter from the Head Teacher.
– One recent certified passport photograph of the child.

An application fee of Kshs. 2,000/- is required at the time of document submission.

The Application Form should be downloaded, completed, and all the aforementioned documents should be brought to the school by

5th July 2024.

The Assessment for Grade 1 and Transfers will take place on Saturday,
13th July 2024.

Application Procedure for Transfers for Grades 2 – 9, 2025

Parents are required to write an application letter and attach copies of:

1. The child’s birth certificate.
2. The latest school reports.
3. A recent passport photograph of the child.

An application fee of Kshs. 2,000/- must be paid upon submission of the application documents.

The Application Form should be downloaded, filled out, and submitted along with all the above documents to the school by 5th July 2024.

Kianda Entrance Test
Should your daughter be successful in the entrance exam (English, Math and Composition are tested) then parents and daughter will be invited for an oral interview. Admission depends on the written and oral interviews.

The purpose of the interview process is to help prospective parents get to know the school and the input Kianda School expects of them. Parents will be informed by the Admissions Office of the outcome of the interviews.  Once a place is offered, it is booked by paying Term 1 fees.
